Skopje got its first two legal walls for free use by the street artists
On July 26, the day of Solidarity and remembrance of the catastrophic 1963 Skopje earthquake, the city appoints the first two Legal Walls where street artists can create and make art in a free and safe environment without time or legal restrictions. The legal walls resulted from an initiative by the Skopje 2028 team on the proposal by the city’s street artists, which was realized in cooperation with the city of Skopje and the artists themselves. On that occasion, on the weekend of July 24 and 25 in partnership with the Youth Cultural Center, we organized action of drawing graffiti on one of the legal walls in collaboration with artists Sali Ertunc, Davor Keskec, Marko Vujisic, Dragan Drash Kitanovski, Dejan Davcevski, Blaze Atanaskov and Ermal Kryeziu
