The purpose of this day is to promote the reading, writing, publishing and teaching of poetry throughout the world. At today’s celebration of the World Poetry Day at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris, the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the birth of the great Macedonian poet – Aco Shopov will begin.
We congratulate you on the holiday of poetry with some of the oldest editions of the poet who witnessed the birth of the word.
