Urban music scene through an exhibition of music posters in the Museum of the City of Skopje

On November 28, at the Museum of the City of Skopje, beginning at 20:00, it will be
open exhibition of music posters, a kind of retrospective of the music\n
life in the capital. More than 80 will be displayed at the exhibition
posters that testify to the most important concerts, festivals, music groups and
artists who have created Skopje’s urban music scene in the last days\n
forty years.
The exhibition is organized by Bagi Communications and is a unique opportunity to\n
we recall important moments of our city’s musical history, through\n
visual memories.
Music is a window into the soul of a city. This exhibition is an opportunity to
let us look back to the most beautiful moments that music brings to relive them\n
the memories of the people, places and times that shaped the music scene of
Skopje.
The opening of the exhibition will be enriched with a performance by pianist Boban\n
Mirkovski and guitarist Muhammad Ibrahimi. Also in collaboration with a few
secondary schools in Skopje, visits to students will be organized, in order to\n
young people get to know the music history of their city and
feel the influence of music as an important part of urban culture.
The exhibition is assisted by the City of Skopje, will be up until December 7 and is
free for all visitors.
