“Skopje station 63” exhibition of photographs by Sasho Dimoski

The photographic exhibition of Saho Dimoski, titled Skopje station ’63, will be placed in the exhibition space of the Cultural Information Center on the sixtieth anniversary of the last tragic earthquake that hit this city. The exhibition consists of thirty black-and-white photographs of objects (or spaces), easily recognizable and paradigmatic for today’s Skopje.

Skopje, on the other hand, somehow fatefully has a long, recurring and painful history of cataclysmic events – both those caused by nature (plagues, earthquakes and floods), and those caused by human hands.
