[VIDEO] ECoC Talk #1: Novi Sad 2021

Skopje 2028 – Candidate for European Capital of Culture starts with a series of video talks with representatives of actual and future European Capitals of Culture, titled “ECoC Talks”. With these video talks we are also launching the YouTube channel of Skopje 2028.The first in the series „ECoC Talks” is with Novi Sad 2022, and soon will follow the talks with Rijeka 2020 and Timisoara 2023.

We talked with Vuk Radulović, Manager of the Sector for International Cooperation “Novi Sad 2021 – European Capital of Culture” Foundation.

Novi Sad (Serbia) is selected to be a European Capital of Culture for the year 2021, in a competition of cities from EU Candidate countries or from members of the European Economic Area. The programme concept of Novi Sad has been developed under the slogan “4 New Bridges”. Due to the effects of the coronavirus crisis, the European Commission proposed to postpone the year in which Novi Sad is due to host a European Capital of Culture from 2021 to 2022.
