We are excited to announce the promotion of the Monograph – Contemporary Macedonian Photography on January 30th at the Cultural Information Center in Skopje. This groundbreaking monograph is the first of its kind, offering a deep dive into the historical and creative development of photographic art in Macedonia.
Supported as a Project of National Interest by the Ministry of Culture and sponsored by Halk Bank – Skopje, this work showcases nearly 80 years of artistic achievements by authors who are members of the Photo Union of Macedonia.

- A presentation of the monograph, offering insight into the rich history of Macedonian photography.
- An exclusive exhibition of authentic works from the Archives of the Photo Union of Macedonia, being displayed to the public for the very first time.
- A chance to see works by iconic photographers including Cvetko Ivanov, Blagoja Drnkov, Kiril Bilbilovski, Lazo Velichkovski, Gjorgji Goga Popov, Zivko Janevski, and many more, alongside a younger generation of photographers pushing the boundaries of the medium.
